Le RT2100 est livré avec quatre supports de broches d'outillage magnétiques et un assortiment de broches d'outillage, permettant un travail rapide de configuration et de changement de PCB.
Le pochoir monté sur le cadre (non inclus) pivote en position pour rencontrer le PCB. Les axes X, Y et thêta réglables permettent un alignement précis des trous du pochoir sur les tampons.
Trois supports inférieurs magnétiques sont inclus pour assurer la stabilité des PCB grands ou flexibles pendant le processus d'impression.
Sa grande zone d'impression peut accueillir des PCB jusqu'à 400 x 500 mm (15,8" x 19,7"). Un kit de fixation magnétique également inclus est utilisé pour imprimer des tableaux recto verso.

- RT2100 comes with four magnetic tooling pin holders and an assortment of tooling pins, making quick work of PCB setup and changeover.
- The frame-mounted stencil (not included) swivels into position to meet the PCB. Fine-tunable X, Y and theta axes provide accurate alignment of stencil holes to pads.
- Three magnetic bottom supports are included to provide stability for large or flexible PCBs during the printing process.
- Its large print area accommodates PCBs to 400x500mm (15.8”x19.7”). A magnetic fixture kit also included, is used to print two-sided boards.
